Each person reflects privately. A Director reads the whole and writes the Team Map: how people see the work, each other and what is at stake.
Work it through together.
A Director-led session, on video or at your site, ends in a written working agreement the team chooses.
Make the first decision.
We set up the team’s first real decision in the Decision Workspace and stay with it through approval.
Return at 90 days.
A second map beside the first, and a look at the decisions made since.
Fee
Team programmes
from $4,500.
$4,500 is our founding-cohort rate, with all four steps included. Your proposal confirms the team and the scope. Teams in the programme can add Decision Support for $3,500 a decision.
We work with a small number of teams each quarter.
Every route runs on Sikizana, so the decisions, the work people accept and the reviews stay with your team after we leave.
We talk first, without a fee. Scope and fees are confirmed before booking.
