Terms
What you are buying, in plain language.
The plain-language layer. The legal text sits beneath it.
- Priority
- Where Priority has been added, each Folio arrives the next business day after the last Reflection, and the Map the next business day after the last Folio is confirmed.
- A Map
- Each Folio is delivered within three business days of the last Reflection, and the Map within two business days of the last Folio confirmed. Each clock starts with something you did, not with payment. A missing Reflection or an unconfirmed Folio moves the date, and we tell you.
- A gift code
- Valid twelve months. Redeemed by the couple. Not refundable once redeemed.
- Team seats
- Priced per seat, four to ten; a larger team begins with a conversation. Unused seats refundable within thirty days if no reflection has been submitted.
- Director sessions
- Booked after delivery. Rescheduling free with 48 hours' notice.
- Workshops
- Scoped in a written proposal that confirms price, date, inclusions and cancellation terms before payment.
- Refunds
- Full refund on a Map before the first reflection is submitted; none after delivery.
- Terroir Trails days
- Governed by the Terroir Trails booking terms at terroirtrails.com/booking-care.
