Four steps, one year.

We measure whether goals deliver. We never score people.

How your words are cared for

  1. Look back privately.

    Each person writes what the year taught them, before anyone else’s view is visible.

  2. Narrow together.

    A Director-led session, in person or on video, that ends with a short list rather than a long one.

  3. Own each goal.

    Every goal has an owner who accepts it, and the commitments behind it are written down.

  4. Review each quarter.

    The goals live in Sikizana, so each quarter you can see whether they are delivering, and change course in the open.

Fee

Goal setting
from $3,500.

$3,500 for a team of up to eight, all four steps included. Larger teams are scoped in a proposal. Book by mid-December to start the year with it.

Every route runs on Sikizana, so the decisions, the work people accept and the reviews stay with your team after we leave.
