Work with us · lead a new team

Lead a new
team.

See the team before habits set.

You have the role. What you don’t have yet is the team’s history: how it decides, where it disagrees, what it is worried about, and what it needs from you. We help you see it in your first month.

Why teams choose it

What it changes.

How it works

Five steps, first ninety days.

The Team Map describes how the team works together, never how any one person performs.

How your words are cared for
  1. Hear the team privately.

In your first two weeks, each person writes what is working, what worries them, and what they want their new leader to know.

  2. Map the field.

The Director writes a Team Map for you: how the team decides, disagrees and follows through, without naming who said what.

  3. Listen together.

A Director-led session where the team says what matters, and you respond.

  4. Make your first decision.

One real decision, made with the team on Sikizana, so they see how you will lead.

  5. Return at 90 days.

What changed, what didn’t, and what to keep.

Fee

New leader onboarding
from $5,000.

$5,000 for a team of up to eight, all five steps included. Larger teams are scoped in a proposal.

Every route runs on Sikizana, so the decisions, the work people accept and the reviews stay with your team after we leave.

We talk first, without a fee. Scope and fees are confirmed before booking.

A first conversation

What is in front
of your team?

Tell us a little about the situation. A Director replies personally within two business days.
